The trademark of the Biological Centre CAS – PROVEN IN THE TROPICS – is registered in the Register of Trademarks at the Industrial Property Office as a figurative trademark and therefore meets all the conditions of registrability in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 441/2003 Coll., on Trademarks, as amended.
Products with this trademark may be so marked only based on a license granted by the Biological Centre CAS, following successful proof of the declared properties during verification with predetermined parameters and criteria. The Biological Centre CAS thus reserves the right not to allow the use of the trademark for products that have not been proven during the verification of their properties and in justified cases also to refuse the product for the certification process itself.
